With his extensive 14 months ( and growing ) of experience, Toby is invaluable. When it's late in the day and you're feeling a bit knackered Toby is still full of beans and raring to go. Always excitready for fun, he is a constant source of motivation.

 

Should you be lucky enough to visit our UK HQ a meeting on the beach would be well advised. The Northumberland coastline is not only captivating but exhilarating.

 

Plus Toby needs to be out in the fresh air at least twice a day.
